About me

My name is Hanna and I was born and raised in the woods of Sweden, but when it was time to start studying at the university I moved to the capital Stockholm, which is where I currently live.

Living in the middle of nowhere it was up to me to keep myself entertained and I always had a love for crafting and drawingDrawing was also something I spent a lot of time doing and one day when I grew tired of my regular pen and paper, I taught myself Photoshop. The computer wasn't only good for drawing though, as it also helped me discover the world of gaming. What started as short flash games online later grew into educational computer games from the fast-food store and in the end, I saved up for my very own console. That was the beginning of what now has been me spending many years mesmerized by the world of video games, and I don't see myself stopping any time soon.

It wasn't until 2012 where I started seeing the potential in combining my love for being creative with my love for video games, as well as anime, cartoons, and other fun nerdy things that I enjoyed. It was time to pick a project for our final sewing assignment in 9th grade and my sewing teacher gave me the freedom to do whatever I liked... I showed her a picture of an anime character... and the rest is history.

When it was time to say goodbye to sewing class I realized there was still so much I wanted to learn. Thankfully I had the Internet because I wouldn't be where I am today without it.

At the beginning of my cosplay journey, there was only sewing, but I quickly realized I had to learn a lot of different crafts to be able to make a complete costume. I started watching tutorials, reading tips and tricks, and talking to other people about how they did to learn what I could do to improve on my costumes. Now I've dabbled in sewing, armor making, prop making. 3D-printing, CADing, Wig styling, leatherwork, doing makeup, painting, video editing, performing and so much more

Now I know alot more than when my poor sewing teacher tried to teach me how to hem a skirt, but I always have things to learn. What will I learn next?
